Synergistic Estate Planning, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Family Law Practice
The firm's founder and managing partner Patricia A. Trent has been practicing probate law since 1978, focusing primarily on estate planning, probate law and guardianships.
In 1998, Elyse M. Tyrell joined the firm with a Masters of Law degree in taxation and later received her distinction as a certified elder law attorney, so as to offer additional specialized knowledge in the fields of probate, guardianship, estate planning, Medicaid planning and special needs planning.
Christopher J. Phillips joined the firm in 2002. His main practice areas include probate, trust, and guardianship litigation.
John Marriner Eccles joined the firm in April 2007, bringing his extensive experience and skill in divorce actions, family law, criminal law, and civil litigation cases to the Trent, Tyrell & Phillips team.
