"It is important to remember and understand that every individual is unique. Therefore, their estate plan should be tailored to address their specific needs and desires, whether it be for a young couple just starting out, a parent of a disabled child planning for that child’s future, or an elderly couple concerned with preserving their assets for their loved ones. An estate planning and elder law attorney should never lose sight of this and should always be sensitive to and concerned with the individuality of each client so as to ensure that the client receives the advice or tool that will be the most beneficial."
